I narrated my problem to the IT consultant who came from myithelpdesk.com and he listened carefully. Not only my main server was down, there was no sign for data retrieval, which was even worse as my foreign client was visiting the next day. That meant that we would lose all of the presentation. He said that he would use an Acronis True Image Enterprise Server. I asked him would it help? He called his IT support group and they explained the function of the Acronis site carefully. They said that it actually creates an exact Windows or Linux sever disk image, which has all the essential information like operating system, databases and applications. It also helps to migrate the systems between any physical server and a virtual server. If the system crashes by any chance, the Acronis server will restore all the information in the server within hours. Not only I will be able to retrieve the copy of my presentation from the original server, a new system will be launched with different hardware or to a virtual server. If you are using an Acronis Management Console then there will be backup files in multiple servers.
