It also helps to migrate the systems between any physical server and a virtual server. If the system crashes by any chance, the Acronis server will restore all the information in the server within hours. Not only I will be able to retrieve the copy of my presentation from the original server, a new system will be launched with different hardware or to a virtual server. If you are using an Acronis Management Console then there will be backup files in multiple servers.
